barichati0696@gmail.comPerioda learns from what you log. With one period recorded it assumes a typical 28 day cycle; after three it uses your own average. Check Me, then "Your periods" - a date entered by mistake is the usual cause, and you can delete it there.
A cycle is only measurable when two periods are 21 to 45 days apart. Dates closer or further apart than that are ignored rather than averaged in, because one bad entry would otherwise skew every prediction for months.
Check that notifications are allowed for Perioda in Android Settings, and that the reminder is switched on in Me, then Reminders. Some phones, particularly Xiaomi, Oppo and Huawei, also need the app excluded from battery optimisation before scheduled notifications will fire.
The PIN is stored only on your device and cannot be recovered or reset by us. Clearing the app's data in Android Settings removes the PIN, but it removes your cycle history with it.
