By using Perioda you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

1. Perioda is not medical advice

Perioda estimates future dates from the dates you enter. Those estimates are predictions, not facts about your body.

It is not a contraceptive. Do not use the fertile window or ovulation day to prevent pregnancy. Cycles shift with stress, illness, travel, medication and sleep, and no calendar method can account for that.
It cannot diagnose anything. Perioda will tell you whether your cycle falls inside the typical range. It will never name a condition.
If something about your cycle worries you, speak to a doctor. Nothing in the app is a reason to delay doing so.

2. Your data is your responsibility

Everything you log is stored only on your device. That is the point, and it has a consequence: if you lose, reset or wipe your phone, your history is gone. There is no backup on our side to restore from, because there is no copy on our side.

3. The app is free, and provided as is

Perioda costs nothing and is funded by advertising. It is provided without warranty of any kind. We do not promise it will be free of bugs or available forever, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using it or relying on its predictions.

4. Rewarded ads

Some themes and mascots unlock by watching a short video. Unlocks are stored on your device and are permanent on that device. They do not transfer to another phone, and they cannot be restored after an uninstall, because they were never recorded anywhere else.

5. Acceptable use

Do not decompile, redistribute or resell the app, and do not use it to build a competing product from its assets. The mascot artwork, the name Perioda and the visual design belong to webstei.

6. Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top will change with them, and continuing to use the app means accepting the current version.
